Dr. Douglas Hamp

Head Pastor

Dr. Hamp earned his  M.A. in the Bible and its World from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and PhD in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University. He served as a pastor at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa, CA where he lectured and developed curriculum at the School of Ministry, Spanish School of Ministry and Calvary Chapel Bible College Graduate School. He has  authored numerous books, articles, & DVDs and has appeared on TV, radio, and online in English and in Spanish. He pastors the Way Congregation in Lakewood, CO.

Jeff Warner

Assistant Pastor

Husband, father, God follower, and nerd, Jeff Warner has served as a missionary with Cadence International following his tenure in the military.  He has also studied philosophy at the University of Colorado, and served as the pastor of liturgy at Scum of the Earth church in Denver.  He was called to Torah in 2018 and joined The Way Congregation soon thereafter.  He lives near the foothills in Lakewood with his wife, three kiddos, and a cat. 

Travis Allen 

Intern Pastor

Travis Allen is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina .  He earned his BA from Belmont Abbey College, with a double degree in Business Management and Marketing, with a minor in psychology.  He served in leadership positions such as team captain of his wrestling team,  youth leader, worship leader, resident assistant,  Abbey ambassador, and mail clerk. His ability to disciple and serve others has formed his walk with Christ. Travis is passionate about missions, as a recent volunteer in South Dakota serving the Lakota Natives, and helping disciple people in the way Yeshua walked.

Carolee Coleman

Prayer Ministry Director

Carolee has a passion for prayer because she knows prayer works and the Lord still works through his people.  She is an essential part of the ministry at the Way Congregation.

Alley Rozo

Youth Director

Alley loves working with the youth at the Way in order  to help them gain a love for Yeshua and a deeper understanding of his Word. 

Collene James

Spiritual Restoration Ministry

Collene James serves full time as the Freedom and Mentoring Team Leader for Through The Black, an international online spiritual warfare ministry. She trains her teams to understand their authority in the Messiah and how to boldly, and in love, stand against demonic powers in modern times.

Collene is also a personal peer mentor to many individual survivors of complex trauma resulting in multiple personality disorder, Satanic Ritual Abuse, as well as to those who are desiring to exit witchcraft covens and generational occult lifestyles.

Collene has a passion for discipleship and restoration of the wounded through the ministry of reconciliation to the Messiah as found in 2 Corinthians 5.
